About Us

At LPG Compliance Solutions, LLC, I, Kyle Plummer, bring over 20 years of hands on industry experience in terminal operations, terminal management, and regulatory compliance. My career began as a terminal operator, where I learned the day to day challenges of safe and efficient operations. From there, I worked my way up to Terminal Manager, overseeing facility operations, before transitioning into compliance roles and ultimately serving as Director of Compliance for 20+ LPG terminals and transloaders. These experiences taught me that compliance in this industry is far more than checking boxes; it is about creating safer workplaces, protecting people, and building operational practices that stand up to regulatory scrutiny while also keeping product moving. My mission now is to use that expertise to guide companies through the complexities of compliance with clarity, practicality, and confidence.

Beyond the technical side, I believe consulting is ultimately about people. Clients work with me because I listen, understand their challenges, and provide solutions that fit their operations in the real world. I know firsthand the pressures of running safe, compliant facilities, and I approach consulting as a partnership, working alongside clients to help them succeed.

When I am not working with clients, I enjoy spending time with my family, getting out on the water & boating, photography, working on cars or fixing and riding motorcycles. These hobbies keep me grounded and remind me of the importance of balance, something I strive to bring not only into my life, but also into the way I support my clients.
